The WILBAautomotive family from BRUGG eConnect offers modern, high-performance vehicle cables for the mobility of the future. Whether for battery-electric vehicles, hybrid drives or fuel cell systems – our single-core and multi-core, shielded cables are designed to meet the highest requirements in electrified drive systems.
The TPU jacket (thermoplastic polyurethane) used impresses with its excellent mechanical and chemical properties. It offers reliable protection against abrasion, oil, fuels and aggressive environmental influences – while at the same time being highly flexible and durable.
In accordance with your specifications, in addition to cable production, we also handle complete cable assembly and assembly of components – including moulded kink protection made of the same material as the cable jacket. This creates a particularly tight and mechanically stable connection between the cable and the plug – ideal for dynamically stressed vehicle applications.

FLEXIBLE AND DURABLE
The shielded, single-core FL11YC11Y vehicle cable is designed for applications up to 1000 V and impresses with its high flexibility, UV resistance and long service life – even under harsh operating conditions.
Thanks to the TPU inner and outer jacket, it offers excellent impact and bending resistance in the cold, and is halogen-free, flame-retardant and chemical-resistant. The wide temperature range and the adaptability to vibrations make it ideal for modern vehicles with battery, hybrid or fuel cell drive.

DURABLE AND RESISTANT
The multi-core, shielded FL11YC11Y vehicle cable was developed for applications up to 1000 V and meets the highest requirements for flexibility, durability and resistance in electrified vehicles.
With a TPU inner and outer jacket, it offers excellent impact and bending resistance in the cold, and is UV-resistant, halogen-free and flame-retardant. The cable reliably adapts to vibrations and movements in the vehicle and remains permanently operational even at extreme temperatures.

The multi-core, shielded FL11YBC11Y vehicle cable is suitable for applications up to 1,000 V and is optimised for use in electrified vehicles. It offers high impact and bending resistance in the cold, remains highly flexible even under dynamic conditions, and reliably adapts to movements and vibrations.
With a wide operating temperature range, the cable is also halogen-free, flame-retardant and UV-resistant – ideal for long-lasting and safe cabling in the vehicle sector.
