Our portfolio includes all common international interfaces: CCS1, CCS2 and NACS – for maximum flexibility in regional applications. Our uncooled cable solutions can permanently reach up to 375 A at an ambient temperature of 40 °C. For particularly high charging capacities, we offer our particularly effective, cooled variant with an innovative and patented cable structure and connection technology (US Patent 12,183,487 B2). This enables direct cooling of the copper and the power contacts in the plug – and achieves currents of up to 1000 A with passive cooling. This makes our cooled system one of the most efficient on the market.

Purwil HPC CCS2 Classic
The BRUGG eConnect CCS2 Classic charging connection cable is a powerful DC charging system designed for the fast DC charging of electric vehicles (EVs) with CCS2 charging sockets. It enables easy installation on electromobility charging stations (EVSE) and offers high efficiency and reliability during the charging process. The ergonomically shaped handle ensures comfortable and safe handling – even with frequent use.
For use at charging stations with HPC technology exclusively for charging with direct current (DC).

The NACS connector from BRUGG eConnect stands for maximum reliability and durability. Its ergonomic design with integrated handle ensures comfortable handling, increases safety and sustainably improves the user experience. Integrated finger protection caps ensure maximum safety during handling. The sophisticated design enables easy maintenance: both the front face and the contacts are interchangeable, which reduces service times and extends the service life of the system. Currents of up to 400 A can be transmitted without cooling – ideal for powerful DC charging in everyday life. Customer-specific requirements can be easily implemented with individual cable lengths and flexible mounting options, and the option of integrating your company logo – for perfect integration into any charging infrastructure.

EFFICIENT COOLING SYSTEM FOR CHARGING CABLES
500 A – 800 A from BRUGG eConnect
The cooling system for 500 A – 800 A charging cables from BRUGG eConnect sets new standards in high-performance charging technology. Thanks to our patented cooled cable structure and connection technology (US Patent 12,183,487 B2), both the copper conductor and the power contacts in the plug are cooled directly, which significantly increases the efficiency of the system. In cooperation with Innovatek, we have developed powerful cooling solutions that reliably cover various market requirements in terms of cooling capacity, dimensions and cable length.
Our complete solutions consist of a plug, cable and cooling module and offer an ideal combination of price, quality and functionality. The direct cooling of the conductor makes it possible to cool up to 7.5 metres of cable at 500 A – 800 A, even for two cables at the same time.
Another advantage is our sustainable water/glycol cooling system, which offers numerous advantages over oil cooling:
- Higher energy efficiency through better heat dissipation
- Compact design for space-saving and powerful cooling modules
- Easy handling with less maintenance and shorter downtimes
- Lower technical requirements compared to complex oil cooling systems
Our closed cooling circuit ensures constant performance by regulating the conductivity of the water with an ion filter. This technology makes our cooling system for 500 A – 800 A charging cables the best choice for an efficient and reliable fast-charging infrastructure.
