Exciting annual balance sheet Press conference of the BRUGG Group

Pressekonferenz Jahresbilanz

BRUGG eConnect had the pleasure of providing the premises and organising the production tour at this year’s annual press conference. Everyone was surprised by the fresh wind and the new appearance. Thomas Färber from the Embassy stated: “The BRUGG Group is almost unrecognisable”.

The new culture is also strongly influenced by the generational change from Otto Suhner to Jürg Suhner. Together with the Executive Board, he has made a decisive contribution to the new strategic direction of the Group with the four cornerstones: energy transition, sustainability, protection & security and globalisation.

The new culture is also strongly influenced by the generational change from Otto Suhner to Jürg Suhner. Together with the Executive Board, he has made a decisive contribution to the new strategic orientation of the Group with the four cornerstones: energy transition, sustainability, protection & security and globalisation. In this regard, I would like to highlight an excerpt from Die Botschaft “Successfully on the Road”: “In the future, according to Suhner, we no longer want to just react to these trends, but to be ready with solutions before the trend becomes a trend. One consequence of the reorganisation was that the company separated itself from cable production and sold “Brugg Cable” to the Terna Group. The e-mobility division, however, was retained and has been consistently developed and expanded over the last two years under the new name “BRUGG eConnect”. Today, this division is emblematic of the development of the entire BRUGG Group.” The AZ writes in the article “Traditional company makes strong gains”: “With BRUGG eConnect, a start-up has emerged. In record time, BRUGG eConnect had been set up and expanded.” At the end, the media representatives asked several fascinating questions. I would like to take up one here, as it directly concerns BRUGG eConnect. Thomas Färber wanted to know how the employees were picked up in the change process and how they managed to make the change from BRUGG Cables to BRUGG eConnect so positive. David Jägle, the Junior Marketing Manager, revealed here how he perceived the change. He was asked by Patrick Kern what an office should look like that also picks up Generation Z. The result is now here in front of you. The result is now here in front of you: Cosy launches, standing tables for a short chat and exchange and a “Töggelichaste” for the common breaks. Thank you very much for the great contributions about BRUGG Group AG. We were very pleased to welcome you here at BRUGG eConnect AG.
