PRODUCTION SITE IN MIĘDZYRZECZ, POLAND – EFFICIENT PRODUCTION FOR THE HIGHEST DEMANDS
Our modern production facility in Międzyrzecz, Poland, is an essential part of our global network. Since opening in 1999, the site has developed into a central manufacturing centre for high-quality special cables. This is where industrial cables and prefabricated cable solutions are produced that meet the highest mechanical and electrical requirements.
In order to meet the increasing demand for innovative cable systems, the expansion of the site began in 2022. State-of-the-art production facilities ensure maximum efficiency and flexibility in production. Thanks to the strategic location in Poland, we can supply our European and international customers with short delivery times and first-class quality.

With around 22 million people, Mexico City is one of the largest cities in the world. The traffic is heavily congested, so you can only move through the city slowly. Since the summer of 2021, there have been new, efficient means of transport: two cable cars with PERFORMA high-performance ropes and permanent TRUscan rope monitoring. They are in operation 18 hours a day, 7,000 hours a year. The high degree of utilisation, together with the essential availability, places the highest demands on the rope.

With the help of adaptive data mining technologies, RITUNE analyses and checks the plausibility of operating data, which, due to its scope, can no longer be efficiently evaluated by human hands. This creates a level of transparency in the processes that has not been seen before, enabling clear recommendations for action for both operations and the plant.
