WILBAflex MINE – ROBUST MOTOR CONNECTION CABLE WITH EXCELLENT FIRE-PROTECTION PROPERTIES

The WILBAflex Mine is a compact and flexible motor connection cable that has been specially developed for the high demands of industry and mining. Thanks to fine-stranded wires and a special earth conductor arrangement, it offers optimal handling while at the same time being lightweight.

The halogen-free polyurethane jacket (PUR) and the durable ethylene-propylene core insulation (EPR) ensure excellent fire-protection properties. On request, safety can be further increased by using FRNC materials (Flame Retardant Non-Corrosive) to minimise smoke development and fire spread in the event of underground fires. Perfect for demanding applications!

PURWIL SINGLE-CORE EPR/PUR – RELIABLE MOTOR CABLE FOR INDUSTRIAL USE

The PURWIL single-core cable from BRUGG eConnect is the reliable choice for connecting electric motors in mechanical and plant engineering. With fine-stranded copper conductors, it can be laid flexibly and in a space-saving manner in tight installation spaces. The combination of durable ethylene-propylene core insulation (EPR) and a resistant polyurethane jacket (PUR) ensures safe operation in the temperature range from -40 °C to +90 °C.

The cable meets international fire protection standards, is halogen-free, flame-retardant and ensures particularly low corrosivity in the event of a fire. Available in all common cross-sections, PURWIL is ideally suited for industrial use under demanding conditions.

The halogen-free PUR/PUR cable combines a robust polyurethane outer jacket with resistant core insulation for maximum durability under the toughest conditions. PURWIL EMC EPR/PUR – HIGHLY FLEXIBLE MOTOR CABLE WITH RELIABLE EMC SHIELDING

The PURWIL EMC EPR/PUR is a highly flexible, shielded motor cable – ideal for the interference-free connection of frequency-controlled drives and electric motors in industrial environments. The dense EMC shielding made of tinned copper braid reliably protects against electromagnetic interference and ensures trouble-free signal and energy transmission.

The robust polyurethane outer jacket is oil-, petrol- and wear-resistant, halogen-free and withstands even harsh industrial conditions. Permanently temperature-resistant up to 90 °C (for short periods up to 110 °C), the cable is ideally suited for demanding applications with dynamic loads. Available in numerous cross-sections, PURWIL EMC offers the optimal solution for modern motor connections with the highest requirements for flexibility and EMC safety.
