Thanks to fine-stranded copper conductors, robust ethylene-propylene insulation (EPR), and a durable polyurethane outer jacket (PUR), PURWIL cables offer maximum flexibility and excellent resistance to oil, acids, cold, heat, abrasion, and environmental influences. They are halogen-free, meet international fire protection standards and are designed for nominal voltages of up to 750 V.

BRUGG eConnect offers tailor-made solutions for specific requirements – from individual core configurations and cross-sections to the integration of connectors, customer-specific labelling and even the injection of anti-kink elements with the same material as the cable jacket. This guarantees a secure connection and perfect sealing between plug and cable.

The bright yellow PURWIL cable offers high resistance to wear, acid and oil, is flexible in the cold and suitable for nominal voltages of up to 750 V – ideal for use on construction sites and in industry.

The halogen-free EPR/PUR cable combines robust ethylene-propylene core insulation (EPR) with a durable polyurethane jacket (PUR) and can withstand temperatures up to 110 °C. With customised conductor cross-sections and labelling, these cables provide tailor-made solutions for demanding applications.

The bright orange PURWIL cable impresses with its high flexibility, resistance to wear, breakage, acid and oil, as well as versatile application options up to a nominal voltage of 750 V. Ideal for construction sites, industry or mechanical engineering.

The halogen-free PUR/PUR cable combines a tough polyurethane jacket and polyurethane core insulation for maximum durability. Colour, labelling and configurations can be customised to provide tailor-made solutions.

FLEXIBLE SINGLE-CORE FOR CONNECTIONS OF ALL KINDS

The PURWIL single-core cable from BRUGG eConnect is the perfect solution for mechanical and plant engineering as well as for transformers. With fine-stranded copper conductors, it can be easily routed through tight installation spaces. The robust polyurethane jacket (PUR) and the durable ethylene-propylene core insulation (EPR) offer excellent protection at temperatures from -40 °C to +90 °C.

The cable meets international fire protection standards, is halogen-free and flame-retardant – for maximum safety and minimum corrosivity of the combustion gases. Available in all standard cross-sections, it is perfectly suited for demanding applications.

ESY, PUR TRANSPARENT EARTHING CABLE
SPECIALLY DEVELOPED FOR RAILWAY APPLICATIONS

The ESY earthing cable with transparent polyurethane jacket (PUR) was specially developed for use in the railway sector and in the construction industry. It combines high flexibility, mechanical load-bearing capacity and excellent environmental resistance in one product.

The fine-stranded class 6 copper conductor ensures maximum flexibility during installation, even in confined conditions. The transparent PUR jacket reliably protects the cable from abrasion and at the same time enables visual inspection of the core.

The ESY earthing cable is UV-resistant, ozone- and weather-resistant and flexible in the cold down to -40 °C. In addition, it is halogen-free and has excellent resistance to numerous chemicals, oils and fuels – ideal for permanent use under demanding environmental conditions.
