SHIELDED CONTROL CABLE WITH HIGH FIRE PROTECTION

The black WILBAflex EMC, FRNC/FRNC is a shielded control cable for applications with high fire-protection requirements. The use of FRNC material (Flame Retardant Non-Corrosive) effectively reduces smoke development, fire spread and the release of corrosive gases in the event of a fire.
The flame-retardant outer jacket meets IEC standards, while the tinned copper braid ensures excellent electromagnetic shielding. Despite its robust design, the cable remains flexible and easy to handle. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and is available in various cross-sections and core variants.

PURWIL EMC EPR/PUR
HIGHLY FLEXIBLE CABLE WITH RELIABLE EMC SHIELDING

The PURWIL EMC EPR/PUR is a highly flexible cable shielded with tinned copper braid, ideal for use in electromagnetically contaminated environments. The robust polyurethane outer jacket is oil-, petrol- and wear-resistant as well as halogen-free. It can withstand temperatures up to 90 °C in continuous operation and up to 110 °C for short periods. With a wide range of cross-sections, PURWIL EMC offers reliable solutions for demanding applications.

ROBUST CABLES FOR MINING AND INDUSTRY

The WILBAflex Mine EMC is a particularly robust and safe cable, ideal for use in mining and industry. It has effective electromagnetic shielding for frequency-controlled motors and impresses with its compact design, high degree of flexibility and easy handling. The core insulation made of durable EPR and the halogen-free PUR jacket offer excellent fire protection, which can be further improved by using FRNC materials for maximum protection.
